1. Data controller
The controller of your data is GETAFE ENTERPRISE, S.L., with tax ID (NIF) B87652483 and registered office at Calle Eduardo Dato, 18, 28010 Madrid. For any data protection matter you may write to info@orellanauno.com.
2. Data we process
We process the data you provide through the contact form (first name, surname, email address and phone number) and any data you give us in your communications.
3. Purpose
We use your data to respond to your request for information about the Orellana 1 development, manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship and, if you expressly authorise it, send you commercial communications relating to it. No automated decisions are made with your data.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the boxes on the form, and, where applicable, the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Recipients
The development is marketed by Colliers (which processes the data as a data processor), so the data is managed through their contact-management platform. It will not be shared with other third parties except where legally required. Technology providers supporting the processing act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
In addition, if you expressly authorise it by ticking the corresponding box on the form, your data will be provided to Colliers International Spain, S.L. for the purpose of sending advertising about its own products and services. This consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Retention
We will keep your data while your consent stands and it remains necessary for the stated purpose; once it is no longer needed, it will be blocked for the legally required periods and then deleted.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@orellanauno.com. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
