2. Data we process

We process the data you provide through the contact form (first name, surname, email address and phone number) and any data you give us in your communications.

3. Purpose

We use your data to respond to your request for information about the Orellana 1 development, manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship and, if you expressly authorise it, send you commercial communications relating to it.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the boxes on the form, and, where applicable, the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Recipients

Your data may be shared with public authorities, banks, insurers, lawyers, notaries and service providers where necessary for the stated purposes; in particular, with Colliers as the development's sales agent. It will not be shared with other third parties except where legally required.

6. International transfers

Your data may be stored on servers located in England (United Kingdom), a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.

7. Retention

We will keep your data until you withdraw your consent or the legally required periods expire; it will then be deleted.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions, and withdraw your consent, by writing to dpd@grupolar.com. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
